Haven't had such bad service since before covid. Server Steven did not check on us once and forgot to put in half of our order,... and by the time we finally got the food we were done with everything else. We had tried to ask for the rest of the food to begiven to us in to-go boxes, but since he was so absent we had to request the boxes after and package the food ourselves. We werealso not provided with a bag. Never got our last drink refill, and when we would request something he would disappear for up to10 minutes for extra napkins. Everything was good but I asked for medium rare. Not going to ask for another one because that’ll take some time, service was... good but it was just the steak being too done. Also, I asked only for a light dusting of sugar and we found a mountain of sugarunderneath the dessert. The server was great but we just didn’t expect a mountain of sugar when we requested less.
