We have lived in Saline for over 20 years and have been ordering from Joyful House regularly for two decades. The owner is... courteous and the food is delicious. We have never been disappointed in anything we've ordered. I am so surprised to see anynegative reviews at all. We have tried the other Chinese restaurants in Saline and Ann Arbor, and Joyful House is our favorite! Read more
Don't waste your time. I walked in to order lunch and was told by an employee that they were too busy to take my order. Then she... said the same thing to a person trying to call in an order. Then she just hung up. Rude employees! Oh, and they don't want orneed your business! Go somewhere else! Read more
Joyful has been an awesome restaurant in this community for as long as I can remember. Good food, great service, and reasonably... priced. Portions are always MASSIVE (in a good way.) I will never NOT suggest Joyful House when people ask about good Chinesefood. I'm convinced that any negative review is either the result of an "off day" or it was left by indivuals who are generallyunhappy to begin with. Joyful House provided a great all-around meal. Ignore the other recent reviews, they seem to have had their panties in a bunch.... Meat and vegetables were cooked to perfection, and the staff were generous and friendly! Read more
