Horrible!! Cash only after beeing in line 30 min! no taco bell!! Previous order they missed 2 items! Now they only have wings... and waiting time is 30 min if you want to order something else! Always an issue !!This place should be closed down as soon aspossible!! Read more
Horrible service. Placed a pick up order to be ready at 5:30. I walked in at 5:26 - manager had no idea i even placed an order... until she looked. Then stated it wouldn?t be ready until 20 more mins. They were just throwing in the chocked when I arrived.Two other folks in the lobby were waiting over a half hour for their order, one of which was a door dash driver. Superfrustrating and not friendly or apologetic at all. My kids didn?t eat before hockey practice because of their incompetence. Andwhen I questioned their process she kicked me out of the store. Saline, MI location: I ordered ahead online for 5:45 PM pickup and prepaid then realized I would be late picking up. I tried... calling a dozen times throughout the day to let them know and nobody ever answered the phone. When I arrived at 6:30 PM, thedoors were locked and I had to wait in a very long and slow drive thru line only to be told that my order was 'put back' sinceit sat for 40 mins and I would have to wait for them to remake it. I was told their phone hasn't been working for a while andwhen I questioned why they put my order back especially since I already paid, I was told no need to have an attitude. Theybrought my food out 20 mins later and of course forgot my drinks. There were other people waiting outside in a similarpredicament. Anyway, the food tasted fine, the large sides were not even closely filled to the top and for spending $90, Iwould expect that they would be. I won't return to this location since the service was terrible. I?ve NEVER been disappointed with KFC. I read all of the horrible reviews and took my chances. The wait time In the drive thru... wasn?t so bad, they were kind, and they got our order correct?. So I got home and ate some of the most disgusting, SOGGYchicken, the breading was almost noodle-like. And then we found all the HAIR IN OUR CHICKEN. SO DISGUSTING! Read more

Wish I could give negative stars but oh well. I stopped in for lunch at 12:30 so you would think everything would be fresh but... nope not the case. Chicken tasted old, slaw was dry, and no gravy on the mashed potatoes. Just a heads up KFC you probably don?twant to cook the whole days worth of chicken when you first walk in the door in the morning!! I understand the help situationnowadays but at least spend the money to have one competent person on each shift! KFC can be really good when done right but youwon?t get it at this location. Read more
