We were passing thru town and needed a quick dinner...got small pizza and tossed salad...salad was huge and awesome..pizza was... also excellent...if we're in Salisbury again, we know where to get some good pizza and salad...thanks everyone at Cafe Milano. Read more

I got a cheese steak sub and as basic as that sandwich is, these guys made it a 5/5 stars. I got basic toppings with white... American cheese and this is by far a great place to get subs, I will update when I try the pizza! Read more

If there were 10 stars they would receive 11 bc this was exactly how I remembered Cafe Milano 15 years ago when I last visited... Salisbury. The cheesesteaks were amazing and the entirety restaurant was sparkling clean. I had to use the restroom and had togo behind the counter to the back and saw the conditions where my food was being prepared and I was stunned how clean the entirefacility appeared during my visit.
