Worst experience we ever had...no Chucky...paid for what I thought was 60 mins and it was actually 60 points so only had 15... mins. Both same price. I could have taken my granddaughter to Target and got a toy for $26, price I paid for 60 points. Neveragain. What happened to the Chucky Cheese, where kids can be a kid? Staff lacked enthusiasm and Mgr refused to give us 60 minsthat I thought I paid for!! Strongly encourage people to spend money elsewhere !! Left messages for Mgr. Terrible experience the last time I?ve been in marketing for yours and the way they advertise points/minutes is 100% intended... for you believe that it is an equal value for the exact same price of $26 when in fact we accidentally ordered points and my 5year old daughter used them in 15 minutes compared to the normal 1 hour of unlimited gameplay for the same exact price sheusually gets it?s not about the cheap China made toys it?s about the children having fun playing the games and earning rewardsnot to mention I?m 34 and the Chuck I remember is a now show and appears to picked up a drug habit I will never go back hereagain because the managers always have an excuse on why they can?t authorize certain solutions then why are you a manager? Place was clean. The staff was upbeat and amazing with my son and just lively and spirited! Wonderful experience!
