Pretty good [as long as they get your order right] Update: there's newer employees who are much friendlier and good at what... they do. My only complaint is that sizes aren't consistent between them. I ordered 2 of the same size and one overflowed thebowl while the other didn't even fill it out. Read more

Absolutely horrible icing job for my daughter?s 16th birthday cake!
Went in with a family member got 2 ?Gotta Have It? sized ice cream orders, with multiple mix-ins (.99 cents) each, and our total... was well over $20 and all we had was a $50 they sent us to the Vitamin Shoppe next door and the manager was clearly frustratedapparently we were the 5th customers that day, we apologized and explained to the employees at Coldstone that our total is wellover $20 and our change would only be about $23 bucks but they still refused to accept it and we had to leave. They need signagethat indicates they can?t accept anything over a $20 regardless of total because they wasted a lot of product and time when theembarrassment and could have been solved by proper communication stating they only accept certain currency.
