If I could give this place a zero, I would. Last week, I did a curbside order and had to go get my own food. I walk in and the... manager is screaming at a customer. Last night, I did a curbside order and after 15 mins, they come out and say they don't haveany frappes and they can't refund me. The Fraps were 6 a piece because I added the extras. Told me if I had an issue with the norefund policy, to go speak to a mgr. I go in behind the girl and she let the door close behind her. I said did you just let thedoor go on me and my kid? She says, I sure did. I go up to the counter, the mgr comes and says I need your card to refund it,doesn't apologize, nothing...why couldn't she have said that out there? The gentleman in the waiting area told the mgr, hey thatgirl just slammed that door right in that lady's face with her kid. Mgr still said nothing. I go get my card. The mgr proceedsto refund my whole thing...31 bucks. I said, I still need the food, I just want the Fraps refunded. Nope...no food. Nothing. Iwill be contacting corporate today. Read more
1st, they have installed "privacy" screens in their drive thru windows. Now we can't see what they are doing with our credit... cards or why they are taking so long to process our order! This is a big problem for me!! 2nd, to get a simple breakfastsandwich and a carton of milk I was told to go to a drive thru waiting space where I had to wait 4 more minutes after having g alengthy slow drive thru line. 3rd, after getting my sandwich, I left the store,but as I was leaving on the highway, I went toopen my milk only to find it had already been opened!!!! Took me another 5 minutes to get back across the highway to park, goon the store to have some get a new unopened milk for me. Total time to get a simple breakfast fro a "fast food" restaurant....just over 15 minutes!!! Even though this place is the most convenient for me I'm not likely to do business here again. Thisis only another problem I've experienced at this McDonald's and why I'm unhappy withdoing business here. From now on, I think Iwill do business at a near by Burger King! Read more
