Susan was fantastic, seriously the best server my family has had for quite a while. We were so impressed we came back less than... a week after our first time at Outback for quite a while. We will request her on every future visit. Top notch, plenty ofnapkins, drinks were never empty, kept us well informed on when our meal would be ready, everything you would want especiallywith two children under 12 years of age. Dined in the other evening with a fairly large party. The hostess got us seated reasonably quickly and our server was prompt to... get our drink order. By the time the drinks arrived, we were all ready to order appetizers and food. Kayleigh was very graciousand helpful getting the combined order placed accurately and brought our food out without error. She was very helpful with theyoungsters in our group and we thanked her several times for going above and beyond. My boyfriend has never been to Outback and was excited to try it. We walked in and the host seemed like he didn't want to be... bothered, once sat and the waiter was told he had a table, he seemed like he didn't want to be there either (no smile, no smalltalk, no personality just seemed like he had better places to be...or maybe just having a bad day, I don't know). The cheesefries came out fresh and delicious. Our steaks were also delicious and cooked to the right temperature, however our shrimps werehalf burnt and so dried out that we couldn't eat them. Thankfully between the cheese fries, steak and baked potatoes we werestill stuffed lol. Will go back again and give them another try. Read more
