Ordered three footlong sandwiches and everyone was missing items, two sandwiches-no cheese-2 no lettuce. Verified I had ordered... correctly. The bread was under baked and I was told thats the way it is. I wanted to turn my sandwich into a melt and was told I could only... get 2 veggies on it. I thought things were going my way when I was told I would get 2 free cookies because I added bacon to thesandwich, I would have been better off to chew on the bag the sandwich came in, it was softer and would have had more taste. I placed an order online and when I went to pick it up there was a very large group that was getting food. I waited well over an... hour to get my food, which was no big deal as there was only 1 guy working. I didn't catch his name but even though he hadserved 60+ people he still had a smile on his face and made the best sandwiches, even said he ran out of a couple things andsaid he would go prep more if I wanted them on my sandwiches.
