The waitress there was so nice and accommodating to us. We really enjoyed her energy and helpfulness! However, the food took a... long time for us, and we had all ordered salads. AVOID! New management and resulting service is indescribably poor. Very long wait at the door before someone finally shuffled... around the corner and seated us. Another looong wait at the table before being acknowledged. My order was one lunch saladspecial and one kid?s meal and it came out of the kitchen over no less than a 15 minute period. The salad was the wrong one.The chicken on the salad was so suspiciously rubbery that I couldn?t finish it. My side was incorrectly made. At the end of themeal when I was finally asked how everything was I was honest. Didn?t ask for any adjustment to my bill but they did anyway.Good for them on that but I?ll avoid for 6 months to give time for better hiring and training. We had wanted to try it out for a while and we were totally disappointed! I ordered sweet tea and when the waitress brought our... drinks she said they were out of tea and asked what else I wanted. It took us over an hour to get our food even though they werenot crowded. I ordered a southern chicken sandwich but instead I got a buffalo chicken sandwich. I didn't send it back becauseit had already taken us so long to get our food. Our tater tots were cold. The waitress said she would be right back withsilverware and napkins, but it took her about 20 minutes. She never offered to refill our cups. When the bill came, I asked herif the chicken sandwich I ordered was the same price as the one I got because I didn't get the right thing. She said she wouldhave her manager take the sandwich off the bill. Instead he took off 10% which only saved us a little over a dollar. This wasour first and last trip here! Read more
