What I assume is the manager you know the white lady with the bumpy chin yea she has a terrible attitude towards all of her... customers and she needs to be corrected immediately if she don?t like her job just go home but everyone else on her team wasgreat but they are walking on egg shells because of her you can tell they?re uncomfortable so if you want a better franchise andmore income from it I suggest you fix it. We called for 40 minutes to put in a order...then I get there I start ordering... they thought they were funny by asking the... same questions over and over and the 2 at the cash register are laughing like they are funny... and then I ask the girls what sofunny nothing is funny..it's not cool...so the girl says you can leave....why the heck should I leave cause your workers areunprofessional!!!! So I ask for the manager..he starts out apologizing...then I start walking away and he starts to bow up...about 10 other customers walking in about this time so I asked the manager do you want to talk outside cause of all thecustomers...then he says I'm threatening him!!!!! Don?t visit this store they over charge you and then try to say you got chips and a drink. No I didn?t. I got a reg sub no... drink no chips. They charged me $14 and would not give me a refund!!
