I "googled" restaurants in Salisbury near I 85, and chose this one. (Meeting friend halfway for lunch!) I was pleasantly... surprised. The staff was extremely welcoming, and the food was great. By far, one of the best BarBQ restaurants I've tried inthe area (Ft Mill north to Greensboro), so far- been living here a year. It's an hour drive, but not bad, and truly worth iton a casual day. First time eating here and wasn't let down. Quick to be seated even though they were busy. Waitress was quick to the table,... friendly and courteous. Our appetizers were out in less than five minutes, hot and delicious. The main meal choices are soundtoo good and unless you know exactly what you want you will take forever. Once ordered the food came quick, very fresh, hot andagain delicious. I had the burnt ends, amazing and the potato salad is great and I'm not even a fan of potato salad. Quick, friendly service. Brisket had great marbling and flavor and stayed super moist. The ribs had a great flavor and weren?t... dripping in a sugary sauce, and I?ve only had better burnt ends at one place.
