I'm giving them a low review because of the zaxbys rewards and mobile app I made an order for the free snax box because it... didn't allow me to do then when I tried the next day said it couldn't verify then when I tried again my free reward had expiredso that's why I'm upset with the mobile app cause the times they close aren't it the do not totally honor the rewars on the appand it makes things complicated Read more
We chose to do the drive thru since the store was roped and sectioned off. We didn't want to bother with the hassle of parking... and not be able to go inside. When we pulled to the speaker the auto system said they were closed then about 16 seconds later avoice greets us how can we help you. We asked about what comes on the #5 Kickin Chicken Sandwich, we heard the order takersresponse back so we said can we just get a plain chicken sandwich add pickles with fries and a strawberry lemonade. At thispoint we were ordering something totally different from the #5! We pull up to the window and there is an employee standingoutside of the window, which is a big safety concern for me because no one taking the order instructed us to proceed withcaution as they have a worker at the window to assist in giving the orders and receiving the payments as there parking lot wasunder some construction so you couldn't pull forward after leaving the window. We get our food and pull off, we check our foodat the bottom of the parking lot and it's the kickin Chicken 3 little baby fingerz with pickles on toast. By the way it's notwhat we ordered. We then have to turn around go back around the drive through and tell them what happened. So the second timethey got it right. Beautiful wood paneling and tasteful decorations create a homey, comfortable atmosphere in which to enjoy delicious, succulent... chicken. We had boneless wings and tenderloins. The wings were flavored with buffalo garlic sauce and the sweet and spicysauce. The wings were a nice size, allowing for 2-3 solid bites from each wing.
