That Utah Burger Bro!?! I?m visiting the state again if only for Apollo Burger! I heard of Apollo Burger mentioned by a few... comedians online and it seemed worth a visit. After our flight from the east coast with suitcases in hand we rolled in for ourfirst visit.. Solid establishment. Man those burgers were great, I love the layout of the kitchen as well. It seems less shadythan a typical fast food kitchen, you got to have decent employees if anyone can watch them build burgers like that. We hung outfor a bit to gather ourselves after the flight and get a game plan together for the day, comfortable place to have a meal andchill.
