As a bagel addict and vegetarian, I am deeply grateful for the Veged Out Sandwich. 5 stars for the food. Service can be slow,... especially when busy, but I think the other reviews here exaggerate the problem. It's not much worse than any other restuarantwithin a few blocks. Food here is good, but they are soooooo sloooooooow to bring out food. Waited 10 minutes for one bagel with bacon egg and... cheese. I would imagine for a place downtown surrounded by busy workers they would know how to hustle. I come here about onceevery few weeks and it?s never been quick. So if you come here, be prepared to wait. Dropping my review one star. I got mybagel and brought it to work. Not cut in half!!! Who doesn?t cut a sandwich in half!?! Read more

It can be hit or miss here. Today was a full miss. I ordered a House Salad. A good portion of my greens were slimy and expired.... The "soft set egg" was over boiled. They might as well have just given me the fennel stalk to chop at home, because the pieceswere huge. Better luck next time hopefully? Read more
