Bummed by my last few visits. Iced coffee today was definitely bottom of the pot.. tons of grounds and tasted burnt. Asked (and... paid) for oat milk and got cows milk. Friendly staff, good coffee but they struggle with temperature. ?Toast? is just bread, muffins are always refrigerator cold,... brewed coffee is always luke warm, and I just got a room temp latte (kinda gross since lattes should be made fresh. Wouldn?t even give one star. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Nothing was ?their problem?, my young son accidentally spilled a... drink and we repeatedly asked for help as all of their napkin dispensers were empty. They literally just stood there and afterthe mess was cleaned up they finally said ?we have a rag, you didn?t have to use so many napkins? ummmmm?. Ok?
