You guys have screwed up my order royally 3x in a row. Ordered salads and you added no lettuce, no dressing. No problem mistakes... can happen but now youve done it 2x since and the bowl is literally half full. Its impossible to call you because you just routeeverything through a bot. Please reply or email. I dont want half off my next one. Please just give me my money back. I justpaid 10 bucks and I don?t have what I asked for and I?m still starving. What happened to this place?? I am a frequent customer at Chipotle establishments and this location does shady business. They give you smaller portion sizes... and when you ask for more they inform you that you will be charged extra. I have had 3 different employees say I would becharged extra and when I confront them on portion sizes they deflect me and don?t push back. They have refused to allow me totalk to a manager and have always been out of cards that contain contact info for a manager. This location is trying to savemoney by cutting food costs, short selling customers and over charging for product. This is poor business practice andunethical. Read more
I've been to many Chipotle locations in three different states and all the salt lake city locations have been below... standards. This location in particular had overly wet rice, beans not cooked all the way through and signs posted for garlicsteak that they no longer carry. Same problem as many people here reported.. some of the employees here literally treat the ingredients like their own prized... posessions. Half a spoon of beans, 5 pieces of chicken? The bowls cost over $10, not counting extras, and they are soo stingywith the meat. Congratulations, you saved a few cents but lost a customer. Read more
