The food at this Costa vida location was surprisingly good. I had low expectations for it being a gas station fast food joint,... but was quickly overtaken by flavor. THEY DO NOT SERVE VEGETARIAN at this establishment. Staff does not tolerate questions about the menu and will think you are rude... for doing so. The manager serving me threw my salad in the garbage without talking to me after not going with the flow andasking a few questions why I couldn?t get veggies on my salad. She couldn?t explain why to me but they called the manager ontheir personal cell who explained simply that what was on the menu is inaccurate and that they choose not to serve veggies attheir establishment (even though it is marketed at their menu. The manager told me he would call me tomorrow to clarify. It ismy frivolous opinion that they are acting in bad faith advertising something that they don?t actually serve? as a result of thisdebacle we were ?late? returning our car and got charged an extra day as a result.
