EXTREMELY hostile, malicious staff. It takes a LOT for me to write a negative review of an establishment based on bad service (I... know food service workers are under a lot of pressure, and I strongly believe that customers are rarely right and are in factusually WRONG), but this was far beyond bad service. The way my family and I were treated here was unacceptable. Girl with thepink hair picked a fight with my family and started screaming at us for no reason. She told us she was going to call the police(???) even though no one in the establishment at the time was doing anything aggressive except for her. I felt afraid andthreatened. My family was in town for my grandfather's funeral, so it was already an emotional time, and this didn't help. Ileft close to tears, and I'm still thinking about how bad she made me feel, almost a month later. I highly recommend going toStraw Market right down the street instead--we love that place, and the employees there won't verbally abuse you. The onlyreason we came here in the first place was because Straw Market was unexpectedly closed. Read more

I was in on Sunday the 13th and I saw an old white man and his family being extremely rude to the employees and yelling at them... very agressivly. I was upset because they wouldn't leave even though they were disturbing everyone waiting for their order andthere was no security to escort them out. Do you not value your employees enough to take care of them and make sure they aresafe!? Are they just another number to you? Do you pay them enough to deal with these sort of people. The staff itself was greatand awesome with the service but you need to have some sort of security especially in this part of town to make sure your staffis safe. Read more

Bagels are good. Service not so much. Wanted the breakfast box they said they didn't have hash browns or muffins. I asked if... they would be able to substitute they said nope and left it at that. Amazed at how unflexable they were with several of itemsmissing Read more

They have very slow service at this location and extremely rude employees and management. The employees laughed at me when I... asked what time the store was closing. They were unsympathetic to losing my bike outside my place. I was never blaming them. Themanager lady is also extremely rude and just blamed everything on me instead of taking the time to hear me out. I would highlysuggest going to another Einstein's anyway as this Einstein's is one of the slowest service places I've ever seen. It's taken20+ minutes to get a simple sandwich before on a day that didn't seem very busy inside. I've also the cashier just stop checkingme out to listen to other employees banter. Honestly this whole place needs some type of management restructuring and employeecustomer service training in general. Read more
