We went in on the Friday after Thanksgiving. It was crowded and the World Cup was playing so it was noisy. We waited for 20... minutes until a server approached our table. My Dad ordered a scotch and soda, and the server left the table before asking thethree others of us what we wanted to drink. 15 minutes later the server came back with a vodka soda. My Dad drank it since wedidn?t have a lot of confidence the scotch and soda replacement would arrive in 5 minutes or less. I still wasn?t able to placemy order for a glass of wine. About 20 minutes later a manager approached our table to take our food order. She noted thesimilar ages between my aunt and her grandmother and started showing us a video of her grandmother on her phone. After waitingso long to get our food order in, we would?ve appreciated a little more hustle and a little less small talk from the manager. My aunt ordered the special Teriyaki Salmon. 20 minutes later the server arrived with the smash burger for my aunt. The serveradmitted that she thought my aunt had ordered the burger. Might be a good idea to repeat the order before leaving the tableespecially when there?s a game on the TV and there?s so much cheering. I went to the front desk to relay my concerns, and theguy at the door said he wasn?t the one to complain to since he?s just responsible for the door. My aunt?s salmon came afterpaying the bill. We put it in a carry out container provided. Another manager came out to apologize that they weren?t at therebest that Friday because two staff members had called in sick and two other servers were brand new. No itemized check came tothe table. No offer was made to comp the salmon. Read more

Compared to my first experience here about 10 days ago, today was a joke. My pastrami sandwich was just a pastrami sandwich.... Regular mayo and no Swiss cheese despite the description on the ONLINE menu mentioning Chipotle mayo and Swiss. Bummer. Themenu situation is strange. Was just handed a menu 10 days ago, but today when I asked for one I was told the pricing is wrongand a lot of items are no longer served. Still.asked for one (for my elderly mother). She just asked for the first sandwichshe.spotted as she felt so awkward. After waiting 25 plus minutes the kitchen staff notified our waitress didn't have white orsourdough bread (as was requested) and they had to redo them. All in all we waited over 40 minutes for sandwiches andfries. Was excited to share my new find with a couple of friends, but after today maybe not. Or maybe I should stick toweekdays... Read more

We used to come here *all* the time..but lately, it hasn't been great. Last time, my husband ordered a beer with "latte" in the... name and the bartender says, "I don't know how to make that." and walked away. This past weekend we went in for brunch..servicewas good, drinks were ok but the food tasted super bland. Hopefully it'll get better again soon! Read more

Stopped in for a quick bite on a snowy evening - really loved the cozy environment. It was pretty empty when we were there and... service was good. We got the Mediterranean pizza, which was delicious, but seemed quite expensive (over $13) for the size (about12"). That's the only reason I'm not able to give it five stars - just not great value. I'd go again if I have the chance, butyou are paying extra for the atmosphere I guess. I imagine it's very enjoyable on game nights! Read more

This was the forth time I have been here and I was really disappointed. My garlic bread was hard. Alfredo was not as good.... When we complained about the food to the server She replied I didn't do it. Not sure if I will be back again. Read more
