We ordered the sour cream pancake ???? they were very good! It adds a little extra creaminess. Very good! We also ordered the... Kentucky hot brown. It was a good mix of biscuits egg and meat. The orange juice was a little over priced. Overall, a greatatmosphere and good food. I would recommend it. ???? Read more

My wife and looked for a place to have breakfast after a busy morning. The parking was really limited, but if you are willing,... parking was also across the street and on the street. I ordered the Eggs Benedict and my wife the Kentucky hot brown, with somedonut holes on the side. My wife said her meal was a 6/10, it was really well made, just not her thing. The Eggs Benedict wasexcellent, it was very well made with quality ingredients! I spoke to the waitress about how they made it, and she said theysource produce locally as much as possible, that's two thumbs up for me. Great environment, for families, business meetings andcasual breakfast. Read more

Arguably one of the best breakfast menu in Utah. It has all of the traditional brekkie items but with a unique twist. Everything... was cooked to perfection! Even on a busy memorial day morning. Our wait was only 15 which is amazing for a holiday morning. Thechicken and waffles was out of this world good. So moist. The waffle was perfect and the sauce was great. we also had thebrisket Benedict which was insane! Can't wait to go back and try other items. Read more

I've been to hub n spoke well over 20 times. It's a great spot. There for a minute when things reopened it went through a tough... transition but I feel like the place is on the up. Food quality today was best it's been in years. We ordered the eggs Benedictand chicken waffle. The eggs Benedict was great. The hollandaise over top was spot on. Eggs were perfectly poached and a goodhelping of potatoes. It's one of my go to items on their menu so I'm happy to see it coming back to life. The chicken waffle wasdecent. The waffle was very good. The spicy syrup that comes with it is the perfect balance of heat and sweet. The chicken wasdark meet, which I don't normally complain about, but it didn't seem fully cooked. Almost slimy on the inside. I pushed itaside. One thing about this place, after so many times coming here, I never recognize the same face. It's always a new staff. This most recent visit, our server was kind, but not very attentive. It was an interesting interaction for sure. I don't wish todivulge more about this person out of their potential needs. Other than that, It's more hits than miss so I'll continue tofrequent. Interior is refurbish/re used feeling and small. Very small exterior patio. Read more
