It's been a while since I've been to a Johnny rockets. I went on my birthday and had the worst service ever I've gotten the... wrong orders me and my wife and it took them over 45 minutes to give us another one. By that time we were ready to go. Took awhile to refill the drinks as well. Definitely won't be back. Worst birthday experience Read more

The music was so soft you couldn't hardly hear it and it was dirty. The service was bad. They took way long to bring a drink... and never brought the other. Then when the food came, the grilled cheese wasn't even melted and the bread barely toasted. Theburger was subpar. The fries were oddly hard like they were under cooked. The shake tasted weird. The staff seemed completelychaotic. They had plenty of people but they were clearly not organized. Never going there again and suggest you don't. Maybe ifwe all skip it, something better will take its place. Read more

Best Johnny Rockets I?ve been to! The employees there were so friendly from start to finish. The food came in great portions... plus the taste was worth the price. Very clean restaurant. I would recommend! Read more

Our first visit. Cute diner and delicious food. The variety of shakes are endless and amazing. They sell Leatherby's Caramel and... Hot Fudge and I think their shakes include those to-die-for sauces. Yum! The oil the fries were made with had a clean, lighttaste. No sauce needed. We'll definitely be back. Read more

About a month ago, we had been on a downtown scavenger hunt that ended at City Creek Center. We were hungry after all that... walking around downtown and decided to give Johnny Rockets a try because we had heard it was the best burger in Salt Lake City. It was about 8:15 and their sign said they closed at 9:00, so we went in. As we entered, one of the staff pointed us out to awoman who we assumed was the hostess. She looked our direction and gave a big, disgusted huff. There were several open tablesin the main dining area, so we knew that we wouldn't have to wait for a table. A minute or two later, a waitress (not thehuff-making hostess) seated us at the farthest table in the back, right next to the bathroom. We sat there looking at the menufor 15 minutes, and watching the huffy-hostess-woman refill glasses and check on other patrons at tables near us. Neither shenor anyone else came to take our order or offer to get us something to drink. A few minutes later, we decided to leave. As wewalked out, the huffy-woman pointedly smirked at us like she was glad to see us go. We are generous tippers who would have madethe "inconvenience" of waiting on us worth her while. If they weren't serving new customers or the kitchen was closing down, they could have told us that. We are reasonable people and would have thanked them and gone somewhere else. Their treatment ofus was extremely rude and really put a damper on what had been a wonderful evening. We won't be going back there or to anyother Johnny Rockets in the future. We have been sharing our experience with all of our friends, many of whom work downtown andvisit City Creek almost daily for lunch. Read more
