I paid $50 for 1 family meal and it is not well cooked, how bad it can make someone sick.. 3 pieces of chicken not well cooked
We ordered food on door dash and the same time we placed the order we got a cancellation email stating the order was cancelled.... We then called door dash and they said the store rejected the order. We drove to the store where we waited for over 30 minutesto order. We ordered and got up to the window to pay for the food. My uncle asked to speak to the manager and was rudely askedwhy. I explained it was about door dash. He sharply said that door dash was closed. We stated we just talked to them. He shutthe window. He went and got the other employee. They came up and stared at us and then laughed/giggled at us. No I amhandicapped and my uncle is disabled. We felt belittled and that our concerns didn't matter. They never offered us anycompensation at all when the store called after we filed a complaint. Read more
I bought a 12 piece meal with the drink and 3 sides for 38 bucks and I only got 2 sides no cups for the drink and the macaroni... and cheese was brown and dry and not even a full serving and to top the whole experience off there was a dead fly in my biscuitsthe whole meal looked like it was leftovers and I tried to call 3 time's with no avail and tried again this afternoon and thengot told it was too late to do anything I mean if your clean up the dining room and serve it out the drive through window atleast make it look good geez Read more
A&W Original Bacon cheeseburger was over cooked and as crispy as the bacon. No lettuce and onions on top with a tomato, pickles... and bacon and bottom a dime sized drip of mayonnaise with more onions and there you are. So glad I received fry sauce for thefries or I would have not been able to eat the burger. But the fries were nice and hot. Read more
