Classic flavors, huge portions, & efficient service! Ice cream is quite soft, has a higher milk content which makes the texture... very creamy. My husband got the banana split & I got the peanut butter cup, check out that size! Great for dates! Plenty if youwant to share (; My husband has had the fish & chips here before, & he enjoyed that as well. He has come here with his familyhere for years, but this was my first go! One of the best ice cream places in the valley, I highly recommend all the food specially the loaded cheese fries and banana... split, when we go there that?s the two must have. Amazing place to get first cheesy fries with ample amounts of cheese and then delicious ice cream creations that are guaranteed... to make you eat more than you should....there is usually a wait for seating on Friday and Saturday night but the busy but yetsomehow friendly staff and amazing food are worth the wait. I have fond and delicious memories at Leatherby's in Sacramento, CA during my teenage years! Leatherby's is by far my favorite... ice cream parlor in the world! Nobody can match their freshness and quality! They make all their unique ice cream and toppingsin-house! The look and feel of this ice cream parlor obviously took ma back to my teenage guys. It was like ti.e traveling LOL!The service was fast, friendly and welcoming. Authenticity of the ice cream (taste,, freshness, quality) was spot-on and hadn'tchanged one bit! However, the owner had unfortunately 'doctored' the hot fudge recipe which was somewhat disappointing -- to aguy like me who know the distinct taste of it. It was ok but the taste wasn't authentic. It had a slight milk powder taste. Istill highly recommend this place! Everything was excellent (other than what I described about the hot fudge) I will bevisiting this place again for sure! Read more
