Oh MOZZ! This is the best pizza in utah, and beyond, without doubt. I knew if anyone could continue superior quality in a second... location MOZZ would. In chatting with the people preparing the pizza, it is very refreshing to feel the sense of pride, passionand consideration for a product they know to be special. Incredible pizza and excellent customer service. I usually get the Serrano Honey or the White Pizza. The Serrano Honey is... delicious and has a good sweetness with a good kick of spice as well. The White has a really unique flavor, the cheese with thelemon zest really stood out, it was fresh and could be my favorite. I?m always impressed how quick the food comes out, I usuallyget my salad moments after sitting down and the pizza comes shortly after. I was pleasantly surprised by Mozz. 4.5 out of 5. First and foremost was that Mozz got the Margherita right. Thin slices of... fresh mozzarella, not just handfuls of dried shredded cheese as is typical in SLC. The mozzarella is house-made to boot, andmade well. The Margherita was a bit stingy with the basil, but that's not a deal breaker. The sauce seemed a bit sweet, butany pie with toppings make that completely unnoticeable. The only aspect that puts this below a 5 star is the crust. The crusthad great texture and surface char. However, it was a sourdough start. It wasn't overly aggressive on the sourdough flavor,but I don't find the sourdough-ness adds anything, especially since there should already be a bit of sourness from the sauce. Ido give credit though, because sourdough is extra time and work and that shows a commitment to the process. I'm now left with acrisis of identity. If good pizza can originate from Provo, is NYC not the center of the pizza world?!?! Read more

Great pizza! I got the pepperoni and enjoyed it very much. My brother got the margherita and loved his as well.
