I have been going to this location for years. The staff has been very nice and curious. Recently the staff has been changing... almost every time I com in. This time I ordered the honey walnut shrimp. I smelled fishy, they were mushy and the coating werefalling of. It been half and hour of throwing up and I think my stomach is empty. I called the store and the manager was tobusy to talk to me. But had who answered the offer to replace my meal. What they might need to replace is a few days of my payfor giving me food poisoning. If I could give negative stars this store would get 10. I?ll never eat there again and will telleverybody I know not to. Read more
Order ahead and plan on waiting 10+ extra minutes even at the front of line, then watch most of the options disappearing in... front of you filling massive online orders. This has happened to me a handful of times out of the dozen of times I have beenhere. The wait at this location is unacceptable. The staff look aimlessly off in the distance whole figuring out online ordersand moving as slowly as disorganized as possible. I have seen food pick up line get just as long with people waiting 20 minutesto fill single orders while no efficiencies are ever considered. Pretty fresh super quick but all the employees seemed pretty out of it there was three people who checked my food before bagging... no sauce for my teriyaki chicken or soy sauce. This location is excellent and getting your order accurate and giving good portions. It is one of the few places that actually... still has grilled teriyaki chicken as well! Most other locations are usually not serving this item. They?re grilled teriyakichicken is perfectly cooked and seasoned well. The chicken is still moist and very flavorful. I also got the black pepperchicken which again was really good. I was hesitant about the celery, but it was surprisingly delightful and crunchy to add agood texture difference to the food. The only reason I give this four stars out of five is because there is some contaminationin the entrées. I clearly saw some sweet fire chicken in my container of teriyaki chicken. Luckily I enjoy this entrées well,so that didn?t bother me much, however I can see this being an issue if people have allergies and there are some othercontaminated items. Read more

If i can put a ZERO stars i would! The rice and the noodles are old. They took so long to make our food and this is what we?ll... get old and bad taste food.
