This is good, and the start of something great. Fun atmosphere, High use of technology. Tasty food. Was asked to wait 15... minutes to clear out the restaurant, which was a bit off putting. Everything must be ordered before you are offered a seat, which is different for a similarly set up dining place. The biscuits were a tad on the dry side. No sausage in the biscuits andgravy (maybe I should have specified, don?t know). The plates, utensils, serving ware was spotless, but there are a lot of highuse items that need refreshing (games, tables, etc). Staff is super friendly and move at a moderate pace. Aside from thedetailed critique above (every needs some honest feedback), it really is a good restaurant. Delicious and flavorful. Highquality, just needs some refinement and a few rough edges smoothed out. This place rides along an edgy cultural ledge, butseems a bit rough in a few spots. Read more

Very overrated brunch spot living on life support from fond memories and hipster vibes. It had been years since I was last... here, and I remembered this as a standout brunch spot. As the quickly-dropping reviews would suggest, this old fame has not heldup. The service was mediocre. We ordered at the counter and our food was brought to us outside. The service seemed dismissiveand lazy. The whole experience felt like it was resting on previous reputation alone. There was hardly anyone there at primebreakfast time on a weekday. The prices are way too high. I get that food prices are up everywhere and always take this intoaccount, but this place felt like a ripoff. They also added a tip without asking!! They've also done away with the chicken andwaffle deal which generated them a lot of business. The food, a benedict and chicken and waffle, left a lot to be desired. Mybenedict just felt lazy and sloppy. I do not plan on returning. Read more

Came here at around 2pm on a weekday so it wasn?t busy. Food was easy to order, but after I paid I looked at the check and got... charged a gratuity fee of 18%. When I ordered the sandwich and paid for it, there was never a mention of a mandatory 18%up-charge. I wasn?t waited on and feel like a surprise gratuity for simply ordering at a register is a bit ridiculous. Afterthis we sat down outside and were told by staff we couldn?t eat outside.. just because. It was a nice day and we picked the Pig& Jelly jar so we could sit outside. Felt very strange we got kicked out for seemingly no reason when we were just trying toenjoy our food on the outside table. Overall I paid 11.54 for an egg with a hamburger bun and 2 slices of bacon. I understandfoods subjective but felt like I really did not get much value or taste for what I paid. The potatoes were very good though andIf I came here again I would probably just go for a side of them. I will say that The chicken and waffles are great, butoverall just felt unwelcome coming here. I enjoy coming for brunch/lunch. It?s always been top notch! They?ve really nailed it! I mean seriously, service is always good,... for a small and busy place they keep their restaurant clean and keep up with the busy times! Everything that I?ve ordered fromthe drinks to the food has been stellar. Now wait times are where we get into some maneuvering. I suggest downloading the yelpapp, join the waitlist and if you wanna be double sure, call the restaurant to be sure your name is there. Arrive about 20 minearly if your wait time is long, cause sometimes people leave and you get bumped up quick! If you?re still needing to wait, visit the local market across the street and use it as a time filler, and shop while you?re at it! That?s what I?ll typically doto make the best of the waiting cause it does get long on weekends! Read more
