We been waiting for this experience since many time, we had a blast in all the ways, the service was amazing, the girls Claire... and Karen were there all the time, checking everything was good and also the host that is an elegant and well mannered man thatleads the service. Karen thanks so much for the suggestion of the chef it was amazing. We really liked the Cesar saladpresentation and the additional ingredients. Also we got the caprichosa pizza is the best I had here in the States so far, thedough, the sauce and the ingredients were amazing. We had two pastas for main course and both were perfectly cooked and flavorbalanced. The desserts were great and our favorite was the hazelnuts gelato. How can anyone say a bad thing about this place? The food was the best I have had in my life not only that the service was... amazing. Our waiter took us a tour through the menu and gave honest recommendations. He was very professional and outstanding inevery way. The food was served on beautiful plates in the most amazing way that it is hard to describe so attached pictures.Watching and eating the Carbonara was my favorite part of the night the presentation was amazing and the noodles and sauce wasto die for. Wonderful experience! Service was excellent. At first we were told we needed to wait for our missing two guests when we had a... reservation. Luckily, the manager was so kind and sat us appropriately so we could order appetizers. Brucsetta was delicious,and they gave an extra plate for long wait time for the pasta. The experience of the cheese wheels being lit on fire felt veryauthentic and was just cool to watch. Everything tasted delicious. Dessert was really tasty. Highly recommend. Read more

This is definitely a hidden gem in Salt Lake City for Itilian food. The food is outstanding. The Carbonara is lushly creamy. The... Mushroom ravioli with truffle shavings was the most satisfying taste experience. We had many dishes and the all hit the rightspot. The service is one of the things I LOVE about this place.
