Its a wonderful place where you will find some East African Dishes: Ugali, Chapati, Beans, Pilau, Samosa and beef stew????

Food was amazing. It can be hard to find Somali food in many cities. Typically you get Ethiopian. I was glad to find a place to... get Somali food though and who knew in SLC?!!?! I knew it was authentic Somali when they offered the banana hahaha. The onlyreason I didn't mark it 5 stars is that if you're a person who likes a nicer "atmosphere" with newer decor, you'll probably belet down. The food though, no argument that it is quality. I love this place! Their horn of Africa plate is something I crave regularly! It is such a good mix a savory and spicy, the soup... adds a sour aspect, and the saliad finishes it off with a freshness that just balances the plate perfectly. Make sure to ask forextra green sauce, or pepper puree, what ever it is it is fantastic if you like your food spicy. Read more
