Honestly SO disappointed with their customer service. We come here all the time and tonight I thought we would order take out... for the first time as my boyfriend is admitted in the hospital. I place the order at 6:56pm and realize right away that Iordered two chicken pizzas by mistake. So I call right away, 2 min after my order was placed to be exact and waited on the linefor 2 min as well before getting through and I give my order number and just simply ask if I can trade our chicken for pepperonias one in our party doesn?t eat chicken and they said the pizza was already in the oven after 4 minutes on a Saturday night! Andestimated delivery time was an hour! So I was thinking it would be delivered early then, but no? I call 37 min after gettingtold it?s in the oven to ask when it would be here so I could meet them at the front desk and I get told that the pizza hasn?teven left the pie yet? So either it was in the oven 4 min after order and my pizza has now been sitting on the table for atleast 30min or it was a lie just because they didn?t want to help out a customer? anyhow assuming it was in the oven my pizzahas now been delivered 1 hour and 10min after getting told it was in the oven and now it was cold? I don?t order fresh pizza toget it after it?s been out of the oven for over an hour? it was such a bad experience but a good way to lose customers. Our favorite pizza place in SLC. It is pick up or delivery only, but there is a sit down restaurant around the corner or they... have picnic tables outside. Today we picked up the meat pizza and a cheese pull apart, but you can?t go wrong with anything onthe menu. Clean and super friendly staff. Can?t recommend them enough. Read more
Ordered a Thai pie that was bare and burnt. Called to talk to the manager about the pie since this is the second time this has... happened and he was very rude. He said it was usually burnt because it is thin crust. Won't be ordering pizza from this storefor a while. Horrible customer service from the general manager. Read more
We came here for lunch yesterday. I called to make an order and got great service over the phone. We got to the restaurant... early and the pizza was already ready. We love their garlicy crust. My husband ordered their pepperoni pizza (they put thepepperoni under the cheese) and I ordered their wise guy pizza. The wise guy has whipped cream cheese topped with mozzarella,chicken, artichoke hearts, basil, marinara, and balsamic reduction. That is my favorite pizza to get but everything I've had atthis location and at the Underground has been delicious. Read more

I am visiting Salt Lake City from out of state and I make it a point to try to only eat at places I don?t have local to me at... home. I tried The Pie on recommendation of some of the people I was working with while in town. I ordered in to my hotel andhad the spicy teriyaki bone-in wings, a Holy Shiitake pizza, and I had to try the microbrew root beer (which they only deliverin the 64oz growler size). The wings tasted great and the chicken was nice and tender, but they didn?t have the crunchinessthat I look for in wings. Still great though. The pizza was on point! Great dough, the toppings were delicious, and it held upwell over night in the fridge. The root beer is absolutely delicious. I definitely do not regret buying a whole growlerfull! If I come back to Salt Lake I will for sure come back to The Pie and try some of their other pizzas! Read more
