This has been hands down the worst Wendy's around they have business hours posted but are never open . They only open the lobby... when ever they want too . the staff is standing around joking while looking at you when your at the door, they don't come to thedoor they refuse to serve people who don't have vehicles, they tell you that you can go threw the drive threw only to be neverawnserd. They have forgotten fries ,drinks with combo meals . The fries have been cold and sitn for hours . Why are employeesbeing paid so much for standing around all day ? I asked the manager and he claims there short staff but you have 4 people juststanding around doing nothing ? Iv went to wendys complaint online only to never hear back from them . Attention to detail is a minor thing but a must and drive thru's seriously lack it these day's. Apparently the taco salad now... comes with crackers? I'm not sure. I can't reach the store by phone to discuss it and I'm not driving 3 miles back to fix it. Ican tell you that if I wanted chili I would have ordered it differently and if I wanted a salad I would have ordered dressing.What I have is a $7 cup of chili, some iceberg lettuce and zero customer service from the restaurant. I went to grab some food before work twice and they messed up my order both times! Both times I PAID for large fries and a large... drink, yet they gave me small fries and a medium drink both times. Because I work immediately after, I couldn't just run all theway back and tell them. Their fries are also cold and taste like they've been reheated. I work in food safety and this is veryunsafe to the customers who are eating this! I've had to throw away a couple things due to the fact that they are old. Thisplace needs to either be shut down, or have a major fix in the employees. Read more
