The portion size was AMAZING. The value for the meal is right on. The meat is prepared very well. The only criticism I'd offer... is (1) don't put cream cheese in the sushi roll - that's not Japanese, and it's yucky, (2) more flavor/spice, but less sugar/fat(mayo?) in the sauce. Read more
Pretty good little shop for rice bowls. Everything we had was good. Tasty rice bowls with unique flavors (Like Avocado and... Japanese BBQ beef, Raspberry chicken blue cheese...) and tempura items and sushi. The biggest problem is that the rice bowl andeven sushi just come with an overkill amount of extra rice. 65-70% of the rice bowls are rice. I would like to see about 50%rice at most. Read more
Always get the large Kobe beef teriyaki bowl. Its very good and very big. It's around $13, but always feeds me for two meals. ... Can't beat it. Place is always clean and the staff have always been friendly and helpful to me. Place is cozy and seating areais set up well. Also has a few tables for outdoor seating with umbrellas that are great for a nice day or evening meal. Read more
What a great find. This Japanese Grill has all the right stuff. I am so glad I stopped in. The food was delicious and... reasonable. Clean and well appointed. Plenty of seating. Staff was accommodating and made me feel comfortable with interaction.I will definitely be back and highly recommend the stop. Read more
