I ordered a pizza today and to be honest it was the worst pizza I ever had. What makes a good pizza is the crust. This pizzas... crust was old not fresh it was like eating a thick cracker that would not cook. I baked it for about 25 minutes and the crustwould brown. I baked it on a pizza stone. Chase is awesome. Somehow my $10 coupon was voided and I was overcharged as well. Initially was told there was nothing they... could do and after calling Chase was able to rectify the situation quicky and efficiently. My stuffed Crust Chicago pizza could probably qualify as a thin as it was so lacking in the stuffing.
Really hit & miss quality at this location. Some of the salads have obviously rotten lettuce but always the employees have been... good about re-making them and also making a garden salad for us without bell peppers (allergic). Today I was told by Sarah(think was her name) that they NEVER customize their salads, which I informed her was inaccurate because we have been doing thatfor years and all the other employees have been great with this customer service. Ordered the pizza anyway and arrived at 4:00on a Sunday. No salads available at all! Would have been nice if she had told me that when I ordered, so I could have gone to adifferent location!
