I ordered the lobster bites family meal. They did not have them so I got popcorn shrimp instead. Waited for my food at the drive... though window and when the girl at the register handed me my food. She immediately shut the window on me before I could saythank you. So rude! Then I get home with my food and I?m missing the popcorn shrimp and my side item! I only got half of themeal!! Terrible service and terrible customer service!! Went there 2 days prior to this and sat at the window for 30 minutes toorder with no acknowledgement!! Read more
A little long on serving the meal on drive through. It took over 20 minutes to get our food for 4 people. The person manning the... window didn't get our drink order right .we didn't get our 4th drink at all. For a $57.19 order and having to wait at the drivethrough window. For 20 minutes you hope they give you everything you ordered. But at least everything else was satisfactory. Read more
First of all customer service at drive thru was awesome! Food on the other hand was not so good. I ordered a 2 piece fish, 2... piece chicken n 2piece chicken n shrimp ...they gave me 4 piece fish n my chicken was rubbery. I have not gone to Long John's ina very long time n was so disappointed. Check orders always n for the price we pay it should taste good. Let me know when ustart cooking chicken n fish better n I will try again. Read more
