Scheduled an appointment for cryotherapy. Appointment was confirmed via email and text. Showed up for appointment and the... location was closed. Tried calling, no answer. Sent a message on Instagram, was never responded to. Why was the appointmentaccepted and confirmed if you knew you weren?t going to follow through? Why was there no communication? What a waste of my time.This was my first time visiting a Maximus location and I am far from impressed. I will not be going back or recommending them toanyone. Extremely poor business practices. Don?t visit unless you have time to throw away and don?t actually want the productyou?re going to purchase. Also, someone else left a review with the same experience as I did below.
