I tried the chili cheese burger for the first time. It was so good. I hope they don't take it off the menu. The staff were... all nice but they seemed to be new and we're learning everything. It was fine because we are all new when we start a new job. They will get faster but overall it was a good experience. I didn't go inside so I don't know if it was clean or not. If youhaven't tried the chili cheese burger you should, it's delicious. Read more
If I could give my experience a 0 star, I would. 30+ minutes waiting in the drive thru. My MIL did not get her full order (her... burger was missing). She was told that they were getting it out "as fast as we can." Now, mind you, there were 5+ employeesloitering around the soda machine, talking and laughing. Whataburger is slower than Christmas. Even when I order ahead on the app there is an unreasonable wait. Although this one is... better than the ones on Sherwood and Bryant. It's a good burger, but not worth the price and wait in my opinion. It's hyped upmore than it should be. It's definitely not "fast" food, but it's pretty good once you get it. I don't usually go to this location because it's so far away from my house but my daughter and I happened to be in the area when... we both decided to have lunch at this location. We were so impressed with Haley. She was so patient with us not being able todecide what we wanted. She helped us finally decide on our order assuring us that the cook James was the best and we wouldn't bedisappointed and she was so right.
