I couldn't wait to dine at this restaurant while in San Antonio, Texas; we we're seated promptly as we arrived even during the... start of Friday dinner rush, the service here is very authentic and service was frequent. I tried an Avocado Enchilada for thefirst time and it was delicious. They could definitely use menus that are easier to read as they are faded. Read more
I?ve gotten fish tacos at other restaurants before and they were ok. I can?t think of a time though when I?ve bitten into a fish... taco and said, wow this tastes really good! That was my reaction to Alamo Cafes fish tacos. They had this really nice crunchytaste to the fish, mixed with the seasoning that made it taste really good. **Read till End** This place is bigger than I expected and had an amazingly beautiful scenery with benches and cut grass. The... waitress made sure our chips were full. I am enjoyed the meal, the portion size was filling. I thought I wasn't gonna get fullbut I did. Being a foody person, I enjoyed it all. Customer service was on point and they were willing to accommodate my needsfor lemons and any requests I may have had. If you have a family and would like a nice place to go and eat. I would recommendthis place as a choice for lunch or dinner. No breakfast at this location.
