I honestly like this arby's a lot because the quality of the food and the speed of the service is always consistently good here.... I would have liked to write a 5 star review. Because I feel like food quality deserves it. However I requested since they havebrisket and they have bacon and they have beef and cheddars that they put a brisket brisket bacon beef and cheddar sandwichtogether for me. They told me they were unable to put the sandwich together for me. This is the 2nd time I've had difficultiesordering this sandwich which used to be a special for them. I didn't tell them that I had any kind of issue paying for theadditional add ons I know this is a $15 sandwich. But instead of giving me that option they just said they couldn't do it and Iguess it was a little frustrating because they didn't even try. Keep up the good service you guys are doing an awesome job buttry to be more open minded when people come in with special requests. some people like a sandwich so much they don't mind paying15 to $20 for Something they love and it's just a missed opportunity for the business To increase profits.
