Brisket was juicy and tender. Green beans and Mac and cheese complemented the meat. BYOB stop. Excellent to watch sports games.

This was our first time eating here and let me tell you it did not disappoint. We all had the brisket grilled cheese. The bread... had the perfect crunch. It was oozing yummy cheese and the brisket was tender and juicy! Not only was the food delicious but thestaff is awesome. Oh and like that isn't enough..... research the story behind them! Pretty pricey and the food is okay, menu is pretty small as well. When I went there were only 3 side options. I got a sausage... sandwich $7 potato salad $3.50 and beans $3.50. I believe for a plate with one meat and one side it was around $14. The sausagesandwich came on regular white bread. Sausage was okay, comparable to ones you can find at H-E-B in my opinion. The potato saladwas good, on the sweeter side. Same with the beans. The price is a little steep for what you get. Don?t think I?d go out of myway to go back. Read more
