On this occasion expectations were not met, however, the team still gets four stars for recovery, team work and customer... service. I ordered online for pickup, arrived on time and they said they didn't have my order. Then my phone notifies me theorder is ready. I ordered almost an hour prior at this time. The team got into action to get the order ready. No apologized butdid communicate there was an error. This added an additional 15 minutes to wait. Once food was ready, everything in the orderwas there and it was delicious!
