Alejandra H. was our server tonight she greeted us fine, took our order fine but once we got our food we never saw her again.... She sat down at a table behind us and talked to another customer the whole time we ate. Our drinks only got refilled bc anotherserver had to remind her to get up and greet a table that had been sitting already for around ten minutes. Brutal! They forgot my two kids and I were there for half an hour. There were only two other small groups of 2-4 people in the... entire dining room. We went up to the front to ask how long the wait would be. They apologized for forgetting about us. We werenever given menus. We placed an order based on asking questions. The order included a water for each of us and another drink foreach of us. They only brought the waters, in overflowing full cups rather than kids cups as we head specified for a 5-year-oldwith autism and a 2 year old. We requested lids for the kids cups after they brought their apple juice and Sierra Mist out,also with no lids. They came back with one lid total. My wings didn't have chives on them that they come with, nor did theyshow up with the ranch. I never received the drink I ordered until we were done eating, and only after I asked about it. Theynever brought us to go boxes, or asked if we wanted them. We had to go up to the front to pay as well. Somebody from thekitchen, rather than the waitress, saw us and asked if we wanted to go box and a cup for the kids' drinks to take them home. Weaccepted, then they handed us a cup that was HALF the size of the one that held the full drink in it, for us to pour the fulldrink into. I can't even begin to understand what happened at this location, holy cow. Normally if I see someone's having atough time, I give an extra big tip because I think they must need a blessing. Worst wings I?ve ever had. The mozzarella sticks were completely empty with no cheese inside. The wings were completely... submerged in sauce and looked like soup. The box was falling apart because of how soggy it was from how much sauce was on thewings. The food was not even edible and we ended up just throwing it out. Also, they got the order wrong.. we ordered twodifferent sauces and there was only one. I ordered online and the website said the food would be ready at 1am and that theyclose at 2am. I got to the restaurant around 1:05 and they were already closing at 1am so either they have the hours wrong ontheir website and google or they decided to close early that night. Worst experience ever. I have ordered 2 Tito's mule in total, the 1st one came up just with ginger beer and mint and does?t even... have vodka. When I ordered the 2nd one, i have conveyed the same but they brought me with extra Tito?s shot. When i ordered the3rd one, they rejected it stating they will be allowing only 5 drinks in an hour according to my weight. Glad to know that andthat they care about me a lot, rofl. For the same location , bdubs , me & my friends had more than 3 tall IPA?s each with in anhour. Supervisor told me that food inspector will conduct audits and shutdown if they have served more than 2 drinks with in anhour. After having a decent discussion(no bad words, not even f word)with supervisor, they showed up and asked us to leave asinstructed by General manger after serving the food. Just an FYI, i haven?t disturbed anyone and they do have footage as well. Ido have proofs with receipts that they have served more drinks to me with in an hour. Mr. General Manger/manager/supervisorplease be cautious.
