This establishment is a disgrace to the King......I would suggest bring a rag to clean your own table considering every single... table in the place was nasty..... And after you clean up a place to sit and try to eat....... You get served one of the grossestexcuses for a supposed charbroiled taste the flame burger...... Food was good! BBQ Bacon Jr Whopper is a treasuee. Fresh and hot fries are always welcome.
So I'm really glad I didn't have to wait long, but nothing was right. And I don't mean my order was wrong, I mean, the 1.99... nuggets were awful, the fries were cold and hard and I specifically asked for NO ketchup in my burger and what did I get?? Atruck load of ketchup!!! First, they were out of cheese sticks. Then they didn't have any Coke and when I get to the window,"oh, we're out of cup holders" But besides all that, the guy at the window was super nice! Got my order wrong I couldn?t come back until a few days later. The ?manager? wasn?t any help gave me a lame ?our phones never... work? when I told her that I called the day of the incident to see what I could do about the mistaken order. The phone rings andrings and they will NEVER answer I called 5 times 3 days in a row just to make sure. Why have a phone? They wanted the burgerswhich I would have done had I known that and they?d answers the phone. Both orders were wrong couldn?t have been simplerimpossible whopper for a vegetarian plain and dry with cheese. And a whopper with cheese. Not the hardest order in the word. Igot two regular whoppers with no cheese. Clearly someone else?s order. Poor communication and not even the SLIGHTEST effort tomake it right. No partial refund I would have been happy with the order given properly. Never coming here again. I had to throwaway the non vegetarian burgers because it was for a vegetarian who has an allergy to tomatoes which it has a huge one. A wasteof $25. Read more

Asked for chicken sandwich and they were out. They were also out of pepper, and portion cups for ketchup, had to use a lid for... soda for ketchup. I had a tiny little tomato on my whopper, the pickles were bigger than the tomato. So sad. Read more
