Went to order several burgers (no meals) today at this location. She encouraged me to order the specials which came with cheese.... Since I didn't want cheese I went ahead and ordered the burgers at regular price. The total came out to $72. I immediately toldher that amount was incorrect. She kept telling me "that's what's on the cash register" and refused to verify the amount. I toldher just to cancel my order. I then drove to the other Burger King on Tezal. The same order came out to only $54. That's quite adifference. Better check your total when you order any food at the Bandera Rd. location. Needless to say, I won't be goingback. Read more
This place is never busy but always out of at least something that you want. Morning manager (Beatrice I think?) Is awesome.... UPDATE: that awesome manager is gone. Very bad customer service. I am uber driver and the manager gave me an attitude about how the order was not ready. Plus I have... to wait in parking lot while they work on the customers food. Read more
If I were you I would not visit this Burger King. I went through the drive thru today and it was so bad. I had to repeat my... order 3 times cause the guy was not paying attention then I get to the window and see him pouring Coca Cola into my cup when Iasked for Dr Pepper as he hands it to me I tell him it should be Dr Pepper and he says oh then pours it out and uses the samecup and hands it to me when soda dripping all over. I use a shirt I had in my car to wipe it down and he just says oh my bad.And my food was not made correctly either. Do not go to this Burger King. Read more

Worst dine in. My Wife, child and I were not allowed to order because we used the restroom to wash our hands before ordering. We... were told we should have ordered first for permission for using the facilities. Never have I ever had my family disrespected andhumiliated.
