You can always rely on this location to keep you waiting in the drive-thru for a MINIMUM of 20 minutes. As long as an hour. It... makes no difference whether you?ve preordered on the app or not, whether it?s the middle of the day or in the evening, whetherthere?s one car in front of you or several?you will be waiting. I have no idea how this has been going on for MONTHS now, but Ifinally felt compelled to leave this feedback. I feel for these workers, I really do. I don?t see this as a reflection of themat all so much as a reflection of their poor leadership and hiring practices. They look and likely are, understaffed.
