Customer service isn't good probably because of bad management. At first we placed our orders my son and daughter ordered pizza... with light cheese or little cheese since they aren't cheese lovers. My wife ordered the shrimp scampi zucchini I ordered theburger plate wich included frys plus a side salad. We got some bread to start with later the waitress showed up to tell usthey runed out of Alfredo pasta for my wife's plate so we agreed to replace the alfredo pasta for spaghetti no big deal lateron we wanted ordered more bread wile waiting for our food later on the waitress told us the had runned out of bread and sheoffered to bring something else wile waiting but we said no. So the food was ready my daughter rejected her pizza because itwasn't light cheese or little cheese like we ordered it my wife said this doesn't look like my plate so we asked they had toldus that the zucchini cutting machine broke so they just cut the zucchini by hand we returned the pizza my wife didn't like herplate neither the taste my burger plate was missing the frys so I asked where were my frys and she said you got salad insteadof frys wich I never asked. The Overall dining experience was bad besides the restrooms look very bad the're outdated thisplace is much different than the ones in southern California we will never go back to this place. This restaurant stinks the moment you set your feet past the front door (strong smell of sewage or wet dirty carpet). Having... just two customers already gave me a clue that something must be wrong. Too many servers walking around inefficiently. Theatmosphere was flat, and the decor is out of synch. The server never checked or asked me for a refill. The pizza is made out ofa super thin crust, over enriched with gluten. For 2 adults and 2 under 5 kids. I PAID $58. What a waste of money. We go toTexas road house and other restaurants in the area and the bill never exceeded $50. The lessen learned: if a restaurant is notcrowded, turn around and don't waste your time and money. I had a deal on this place so I thought I'll try it. I had the FOUR CHEESE and Tomato pizza along with the street corn. It was... OK. I have had better at other places. I probably wont try it again unless I have a deal. The food not worth the prices to me Iwould have paid $20+ without it. Read more
