I usually do not leave negative reviews but I just had to. Worst dining experience ever! We waited about 30 minutes to even get... noticed and place our drink order. All the other tables around us who were seated AFTER us were acknowledged first. We thenwaited another twenty minutes for them to notice we had still NOT gotten our drinks. It was not that busy and everyone seemed tojust be extra slow or not wanting to work. I would leave 0 stars if I could. Eddie the manager was very rude and told us we have options and can eat elsewhere. We waited... for an hour for a table our kids were hungry and so were we. I asked the manager if the service was going to be good being thatthe waitress was acting very ghetto and sat on the table making our little girl stand up while she took our order. And thenthere was something in my drink. So that?s when I asked the manager and that was his response. We left immediately after he saidthat and we didn?t even get to eat because of his rude remark. I've been hesitating to write this review for a month now & I was waiting for my son to write it but he has not, so here it... goes. I don't want to say it was a race issue but I am going to call it like it happened. My son wanted to eat and we were inthe area. I dropped him off at the door to put our name on a wait list while I went to look for parking. When I finally parkedhe came out and told me that they did not take reservations. The two young ladies told him that there was a 20 min wait andwhen he asked if he could put his name on the list and the girls told him that they did not take reservations. I said that wasweird, but I told him that I would go check. He stayed outside the building while I went in and asked if they had seats for twoand the girl grabbed two menus and took me straight to a table. She told me to wait while they cleaned it but sat me rightafter that. I told my son to come back in since I got seated. My son was very upset and did not want to eat there. He askedfor the manager right away because of what happened. The one girl that was originally there that said no seats were availableis the one that came up to talk to him. She told him that at the time they did not have any room, but I told her that I came inonly 3-5 minutes after he was told no, so how was that possible. Then, she asked my son if he wanted to speak to the managerwhere then my son was more upset because we thought we were already speaking to the supervisor because we specifically asked tospeak to one. So we just left. So where we call that maybe there may have been a race issue. My son is biracial and he hadthis huge Afro walking in and was told no but I walk in 3 min later and was taken straight to the table. Read more
