If you?re craving chipotle, go to the next nearest location. The employees here are extremely rude. Sigh at every thing you ask... for, when placing my sauces and queso in the bag they just throw them in I had to take each one out and place them upright sincethey were upside down. All while watching me and rolling their eyes. Management needs to instill a little customerservice. Also, only get the chips early in the day, had to go back because my chips were inedible due to being so stale. Theirresponse? We just walked into Chipotle in San Antonio (Bitters Rd.) and we were told we could not order our food and would have to do so... online. Fortunately, for us (not so for you) there?s a Mexican restaurant across the street. So, instead of the hassle of goingback to get my phone, finding your website, ordering and paying online, we simply went across the street. Visited 2 nighgs ago. Lately at other locations it's been terrible and last time here it was just as bad. They barley wanted... to make us a burrito of decent size. This time it was great. Food was really fresh and actually got a bowl worth while. Keep itup new employees. Read more
