Came in for a side of rice as I always do & frequently visit Chipotle's around San Antonio. As I was asking for more scoops of... rice one of the managers in the black collar made a rude comment. Shaming me for how many portions of rice I was getting. It wasvery rude as a regular crew member was helping me and she interrupted her. She then told me she would charge me for every scoopof rice as a side of 1.25$ I told her I came here often and they never charged me for that many scoops just one side portion. Iasked who was the general manager and she said she was the restaurantour. She told me I could go to another Chipotle if I didn'tlike it. I will not be coming back to the Chipotle the general manager was very rude. Read more
My co-worker and I decided to order online and pick up for lunch. We work in Healthcare so we have a 30 minute lunch break each... so it usually has to be quick. My coworker went to pick up our order on her 30 mim break and when she came back both orders weretotally wrong. So I took my lunch break to drive back and get the orders fixed. Even though this was a huge inconvenient becausewe both spent our entire lunch breaks driving back and forth to get our food it is not the reason for my 1 star review. Everyoneis human and makes mistakes but it was the way I was treated by the staff once I brought the food back. The girl at the cashier register was extreme rude when I tried to explain why I was returning the food. It would have been nice to receive an apologyand not be met with attitude. We both never ended up being able to eat lunch because that took our entire lunch break drivingback and fourth trying to get our orders correct that we paid full price for. Read more

I've only been to this location a few times this year but twice the point-of-sale device (cash register) has been out. In both... cases nobody said anything until it was time to pay and then they tried to get me to download the app and pay online. I'm notgoing to start downloading apps, setting up accounts, reordering food and checking out online for a burrito that's right infront of me. Especially when I just waited for 6 teens to saunter around from somewhere deep in the back of the store and stareat each other for 7 minutes while I waited for someone to take my order. This place is less reliable than McDonald's ice creammachine. Read more
