Been in this line for church?s drive through a good 35 minutes and it?s not moving there is a sign where you order to basically... let them know in the front what you want! so sad that this is the churchs by my house it?s always an issue. Ugh starting to hatethis place. Last time I come here then I get to the window and they let me know that they are out of chicken it will be a 25minute wait wth!!! Read more
The people who work there are very nice and I feel bad for them because they have to work under the conditions they do. Whoever... owns this place ought to be ashamed of themselves. They put no money into it and they really ought to lose their franchise but Idon't want to see all those nice people lose their jobs either. My advice to the owner, sell it. You owe it to your employees tohave a stable environment and everything working and not short of anything so they don't have to catch the abuse of the publicwho might be a little short-sighted and take it out on them. That is a good location with a lot of potential and it's a shame.Put some money in the place or get out and give someone else a chance and especially your employees. Read more
This has to be the most POORLY run restaurant in the history of fast food. I just don?t understand. The drive through speaker... has been out of order for three weeks. The workers don?t know how to manage the drive thru let alone anticipate when they?llneed to drop chicken or prep when they are low. It is absolutely ridiculous. Tonight I waited in line for 42 minutes, stuck inbetween 2 cars with no way to exit, before finally pulling up to the window. Only to be told that it would be an additional 15minutes before any chicken would be ready. What in the world?! What exactly was happening the entire time I was waiting? Whydidn?t they ask the 3 cars ahead of me to pull up and park to take my order and begin prepping then? The level of incompetenceis next level!! I can only imagine how much money they are losing out on daily. So sad. Read more
Zero stars?. I?m suprised corporate has not done anything about this restaurant.. they always have something missing. Today was... biscuits and almost all the fountain drinks are missing, the drive through doesn?t even work, and a couple of weeks ago it wastenders. To top it off, someone need to train the girl that has a lip piercing how to follow an order. I asked her 3 piece legand thigh. And she gave me leg thigh and a wing. Read more

It would be another 15 to 20 minute wait because they gave my chicken tosomeone else. I canceled the order and left. Nothing was done about my time that I waited and they made the mistake.
