Tamales are great. Tried barbacoa & it was awful. Dry & no flavor.
I called in to ensure my moms Tamales (dozen pork) would be ready for pick up or just to make sure they will be available. The... lady said ?yes we have plenty? and hung up before I could even say thank you. I walk down to the store lock on timberhill bc I'mnot working far from there and the lady says as soon as I walk in, ?we don't have no pork? I said ?I just called it in? she said?ah yes but a lady just came and bought them all. I said ?that's why I called it in, to make sure u had 12 dozen pork? shecouldnt answer me or be of service so I left. honestly I guess this place is hit or miss, yet their calling line says they shipworld wide...i hope those people at least get their orders. We ordered tamales and barbacoa. WORST BARBACOA EVER! If you?re going there for a one stop shop for both this isn?t the place.... Tamales are fine. All meat barbacoa had fat and it was old warmed up for sell. The tortillas are disgusting too! Not fresh.OVERALL, They need to stick to making tamales only. Read more
